The past few summers have come down with a strong case of sequel-itis. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve come out of many movies saying to myself, “Gosh I can’t wait for the next one,” or “there better be a sequel!” I love trilogies and franchises, but there comes a time when it needs to go away. Studios can’t seem to figure out exactly when this is, as it takes them one or two too many horrible sequels before they shut it down.

Brittany Murphy and my first real P.A. gig

It was in May of 2005 that I had the pleasure of seeing, meeting and observing Brittany Murphy in person. In a large hangar 8 at the Santa Monica Airport for the product launching of AMG in the United States (Mercedes Benz V8 Sports Cars) and IWC Watches. These were fine products and they had Brittany as the presenter at their launch for reasons I wasn't sure of, but had no objections to.
