Dune. That's always going to be my number one choice. They've tried and tried and it's just not working. It's a great sci-fi story, and with sci-fi being such a big thing again, it's a great time for it.
Other than that, I try to avoid the remakes, but there are sometimes I'd love to see what they'd do with a story in today's world...
Logan's Run
TRON (don't give me that Legacy crap)

Oh, I might as well throw Daredevil up here too. I know they're working on the reboot, and I'm so excited for it. Daredevil could be a great property, but it just wasn't handled well.1 vote by Jordan MaisonKyra Dawson likes this post.

I would like to see a remake of Singing in the Rain. I know, kind of hokie but with all these dance and singing shows, you would think they could come up with a fresh and relevant take on this musical or some of the other classic musicals as well. Although I am not sure I can stand a remake of the Exorcist...I like horror but that still creeps me out til this day.

I don't know about an Exorcist remake. I mean, with so many other exorcism movies out there now, I just don't know that a remake would stand out. Besides, it's almost too classic, to the point where a remake could only be worse. Like what happened with the Omen remake.1 vote by Kyra Dawson

Awesome question! Let's see... Krull, Excalibur, The Dark Crystal, even Willow. Love the originals but I like remakes if they are done well. Tho I can't think of one off the top of my head... oh yeah. I know a lot of people didn't like this one, but I actually liked the new Clash of the Titans for the most part.1 vote by Kyra Dawson

Actually I haven't seen Straw Dogs (and wasn't really planning on it either), but I do think some films need, if not a remake, then a reboot. There are tons of franchise that would do well in today's market if only they could be brought back successfully. Like Godzilla, I'm really looking forward to that one.
