Any director knows that he is only as good as the people around him.  The crew he gathers to assist him in bringing his vision to life has to meet with his needs in order for a good quality project to come out.  So I am here to lay out the most important crew members (aside from the director and his producers of course) who are essential to a smooth shoot.

I’m currently in pre-production of my first feature film.  While I’ve made several short films, this is the first time I’ve had actual casting sessions.  My previous casts consisted of friends and friends of friends that were available on the day, but this time around, I’ve got a casting director and everything.  Muy professional, right?
