Last night during America's Got Talent Sony showed off a four mintue long "super" preview for the upcoming Amazing Spider-Man...If you didn't catch it there, it's now available online and features some awesome looking stuff.

The latest Amazing Spider-Man trailer is out (attached to Avengers if you want to catch it in theaters) and it shows off quite a bit more of the Lizard, the story, and even hints as some slight changes to the origin story...

When fans finally got their first look at the Lizard in the last trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man, many wondered where the villain's iconic lab coat had gone.  Director Marc Webb has been quick to try and pacify fans and a new image finally gives them what they want.

Honestly, if I was forced to judge Summer 2012 at first glance, I would say it was pretty weak.  Compared to 2011 and 2010, there's just not as many movies to look forward to.  While it seems easy to write off this Summer as a dud, I have three reasons why it might actually be awesome; The Dark Knight Rises, The Avengers, and Prometheus.  Honestly, that's all Summer 2012 needs in order to be one for the history books.  Even then, there's still more than enough films to warrant your attention this summer.  To help you sort through them all, we've once again compiled all the most interesting films of the season into four easy to read, informative guides.  For the next four days, we'll take you on a journey through the best cinema has to offer in Summer 2012.  Welcome to our Summer 2012 Movie Guide!

Looks like Sony is starting to get things in motion for a sequel to this Summer's upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man. They already set a release date, and now they've hired some writers to pen the script...and they aren't too shabby.

Today's Poster Madness is a little bigger than usual, and even more posterific!  If that's a word, of course...I think it is.  Then again, I wouldn't even be able to describe what qualities a poster must contain to be posterific so, if it is a word, it's literally a word without a definition.  Then again, maybe just BEING a poster gives you the power to be posterific.  And if that's the case, this edition is just as posterific as usual.

The viral campaign Mark of the Spider-Man which kicked off with the release of the latest trailer, has finally yeilded some results.  The website released the first clip from the movie which features Peter Parker awkwardly encountering the intimidating doorman...and it's just as exciting as it sounds.

When the second trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man launched earlier today, it set the internet a buzz for various reasons.  Now, it looks like a hidden message within that trailer has kicked off the viral marketing for the film. 

After a big event that took place earlier today which showcased about 8 minutes of footage from the new Spider-Man film, Sony Pictures unleashed the newest trailer for the upcoming film for fans to enjoy.  Most importantly it also gives us our first real look at the Lizard!
