The Movie Pool takes a taste test of the first season of the animated comedy Bob's Burgers on DVD!

Following their semi announcement of a sequel to their big hit of the summer, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Fox has hired a writer for a sequel to their second biggest: X-Men: First Class. The choice, however, may not bode well.

What do you know, this project is still alive and kicking.  I know Ryan Reynolds has been championing this film for about 5 years, but I thought it was long gone in the wake of Reynolds rise to stardom.  But this is Reynolds passion project, and some more movie roles (and the gigantic raping that the character endured in X -Men Origins: Wolverine) isn't slowing this movie down.  Well...maybe a little.  But talks are once again active, and Fox has chosen a director for the project.

Fox has been indecisive on the official title for the Planet of the Apes prequel, but it looks like this could be the last one before the trailers release.

X-Men actor embraces a darker side for role in The Dead Circus.

Darren Aronofsky is out! According to news released today, Aronofsky has changed his mind about directing the 20th Century Fox sequel The Wolverine due to the fact that it would keep him out of the country too long.

First: Silhouettes. Second: Crotch Faces! Third: BIG FONT!  Fourth: Who the hell cares?  We have asses in the seats anyways!  Woohoo!

The fact that the trailer for X Men: First Class didn't premiere at the Super Bowl is appalling.  Why didn't Fox's biggest movie of the summer premiere during the biggest event of the year that AIRED on Fox.  I thought it was because the trailer wasn't done yet.  But then they up and release the teaser four days later!  What are they doing over there?  Regardless, how was the trailer?  Well...not worth waiting for, I'll tell you that much.

Fox is moving forward with a 5th Die Hard and has a writer for the project.  That man is Skip Woods, who's most succesfull project was co-writing the abortion that was X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
