It's official; I'm a J.J Abrams addict. Well most would be displeased at the lack of information garnered in this trailer, I thrive off it. The suspense is so damn good that I don't think I'd be able to complain if I even wanted to. Everything, from the music, to the editing, and even the dialogue between the cast, is excellent. And look, they have a 60's era fat kid in the film! Ah...it feels like the 80's already.
Some may call me an Abrams fanboy, but I'm not. I'm an Abrams JUNKIE.
The trailer:
In addition to the trailer, Paramount was also kind enough to release a new trailer and the official synopsis. Oh, how kind! This is the most we'll probably ever get for the film in one day, so cherish it well you can.

In the summer of 1979, a group of friends in a small Ohio town witness a catastrophic train crash while making a super 8 movie and soon suspect that it was not an accident. Shortly after, unusual disappearances and inexplicable events begin to take place in town, and the local Deputy tries to uncover the truth – something more terrifying than any of them could have imagined.
