Most of the time, I'm not a huge fan of set photos. I find them to be nothing more than petty ways for sites to get more hits, and they don't really represent a film as much an official photo does. I mean, we don't know if its an actual scene happening in these photos. In fact, a couple of them just show the actors walking around. Is that really representative of the film? Well, of course not.
When it comes to superhero films, however, they are pretty insightful in terms of costume. So now, without futhur ado, here are the first pictures of Tom Hardy as Bane. Keep in mind, none of these pictures can qualify as spoilers. Because having spoilers for films that aren't even released yet is one of the stupidest things ever. Any site that posts pictures like that should feel insanely guilty.
But enough staling, here are the pics:

Above are two pictures of Gary Oldman and Marion Colltiard on set via Latino Review. They look like Gary Oldman and Marion Colltiard, respectively.

Here's a bunch of pictures of Tom Hardy as Bane via Just Jared. Personally? I dig the big jacket. Makes him look menacing enough, yet not laughably so.
There's a bunch of photos of Batman fighting Bane and other things over at Wick Photography. Even though they call the movie Batman: Dark Knight Rises (WTF), check them all out.
And finally, here are two videos; one of the Tumbler (back to its original camoflage color from Batman Begins) and another of what seems to be a huge fight happening. You'll see Batman punching Bane in the face so, if you want that, check it out:
Well there you go. Tons of pictures and video from the set of The Dark Knight Rises! It's been 7 days.
Damn you, Pittsburgh!*
*Don't take it to harsh, Pittsburgians. We're just kidding. We don't hate our Pittsburgh fellowship, we love them! Please, no hate mail.
