From what was recalled from the Russian trailer, it revealed quite a bit of new, intriguing footage. With the English version online, it gives us a better look and understanding of what is happening in the prequel of the X-Men franchise.
The film tells the story of Xavier and Magneto in their younger days as they undergo discovering newfound powers. We capture peaks of other known characters such as Mystique (altering into her blue flesh), Beast (combating with his changing foot) and Emma Frost (glistening in her form).
A domestic trailer should be arriving soon; maybe new footage will appear to draw more of an interest in this film. After grasping a basic idea from the trailer, I am not sure there is a need for X-Men: First Class. Growing up I was raised on the X-Men comics and cartoon show, and even I am not completely sold on the entertainment necessity. This seems as another money stunt. The trailer lacks any compelling material. Maybe I’m wrong, but I do believe the series of X-Men related films needs to cease. It has met the end of its road. X-Men: First Class opens in theaters June 3.
