Movie Review and Filmmaking Site

Recently, as I was commuting from my day job to home, a commercial aired over my favorite radio station that brought back memories of my younger, more idealistic days in the industry.  I was a young and naïve performer filled with more hope than knowledge and I, as many before and I’m certain many after me will be, was taken in by one of the oldest talent scams in the business.

"Ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've all been waiting for!  Here tonight we have the ultimate battle in the actors mind!  A 12-round slobberknocker to decide who the ultimate champion is and who will decide the next course of action in a character!  In one corner, we have years of training and process study, ability hones through reading, practice, and determination!  In the other corner, we have the pure and simple raw need to react, the human condition itself!  Survival of the fittest and hope against hope, he drives the character to succeed and to survive!  Who will top out in this magnum opus of contention?  Who will reign supreme and finally decide the best course of action for the character portrayed?  The suspense is killing me!  *DING*"
